We welcome ALL people and have a zero tolerance policy for ANY discrimination, bullying, shaming, or creating a negative environment.

This is a safe zone.

No admittance five minutes after class start. 12 hour cancel policy without penalty. $10 fee for no show or cancelling outside the 12 hour window. If you are using a class package you will forfeit the  class. Unlimited perks: two complimentary guest passes per month and VIP pricing and discounted merch.

What is the late policy?

We currently do not offer open gym. It is a goal of ours to be able to provide an open gym membership but now just isn't the right time! Hopefully our classes give you plenty of options to work with.

Do you offer open gym?

Our showers are a shared utility so we are only able to offer them to members who take a morning class. We also have large bathrooms and changing rooms with in the space.

Are there showers?

Come ready with your preferred workout gear, running sneakers and a water bottle. We highly suggest using a heart rate monitor to help you maintain the optimal heart rate target zone for your workout. We preach mobility here so expect to ditch your sneakers for strength coaching. Sweat towels are provided.

What should I bring?

We offer a variety of run and strength classes designed to be dialed into each members pace and desired outcome. Expect certified, knowledgable trainers with expertise in mobility and functional movement coaching you on state-of-the-art Woodway treadmills. Lastly an accepting, good vibes community.

What should I expect?

That absolutely does not matter! Pace welcomes any and all levels of runners. Whether it's your first time on a treadmill or you're gearing up for your fifth marathon—we've got you. All classes are designed for each runner to set their own pace and to find what works best for them. From endurance to speed to strength classes our instructors will set you up for success without any confusion. All you have to do to start is show up!
