Our certified run coaches will guide you through each speed interval and provide target zones. Heart rate monitors are strongly recommended.

Run. Lift. Repeat. The most well-rounded workout you'll find, this hybrid class gives you a 50/50 split of tread and strength training, all in a fast 60 minutes. On the tread, we'll run through both speed and endurance intervals while focusing on explosive power movements off the tread.
